While refusing to be completely hobbled by injury, last night we went to a dinner party where we were served crab in the shell.
Much hilarity ensued.

Besides the odd purple and yellow colouration of my flesh, the swelling has subsided considerably and I have a form of pincer action whereby I can awkwardly clasp objects. Hooray!

See!

By sort of jamming the Wacom pen in my hand and looping part of the bandage over it I've been able to scratch out a few bits and pieces, with a heavy emphasise on the "undo" function.



In the meantime I've been reading the Digger archives, making me happily scribble some more Wombat Chic. With my flipper.

Wrist looks nasty. :( Poor Mutley. Hopefully, Kel is having pity on you, serving you peeled grapes by the pool and such. The wombat's looking decent, expecially with the injury! Rest up, though, and work later. And NO SKATING!! :"D

Sorta getting sympathy, but being bandaged it does it no justice... :^D

No more skating, absolutely. This was someone else's middle aged crisis I injured myself at!
